These terms apply to the use of ikeoutdoors.com and purchases from Ike steel us.inc, trading as LouverArc Pergolas ("we", "us" or "our"). Contact us at info@ikeoutdoors.com.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the website

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement or valid authority to act for the buyer. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you use an account, safeguard its credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not use the website to commit fraud, distribute harmful code, interfere with service or infringe another person's rights.

Products, prices and orders

Before ordering, review the model, dimensions, color, accessories, site requirements and installation instructions. Product photographs and screen colors are illustrative. Product performance information applies to its stated test and installation conditions and does not replace a site-specific assessment.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Standard configurations are offered at the prices displayed for the selected products and options. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. A custom-project quote is valid for the period stated in that quote.

A payment receipt or automated acknowledgment does not by itself confirm every custom specification. Custom specifications must be recorded and approved in writing before production.

Custom work, changes and cancellation requests

Send requests to change or cancel an order to info@ikeoutdoors.com, including the order number. Proposed changes to a custom project may affect price, timing or feasibility and require written agreement. Any cancellation terms specifically agreed in an accepted written order or quote apply to that order, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Custom-made products are excluded from change-of-mind returns as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. This does not restrict remedies for manufacturing defects, transit damage or other remedies required by law.

Delivery and installation

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery charges, preparation time, freight access, appointments, inspection and unloading. Standard-product preparation takes 7 days; carrier transit time is additional. Delivery availability and applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Unless installation is expressly included in the written order, the customer arranges site preparation, permits, foundations, anchoring and any qualified electrical work. Confirm local requirements and product suitability before installation. This allocation does not excuse a product or service defect for which we are legally responsible.

Returns, refunds and warranty support

Standard-product return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt. Approved standard-product returns are subject to a fixed 15% restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Any warranty applicable to the purchased model remains subject to its stated coverage and conditions. Contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue for warranty support. These terms do not remove an express product promise or any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Website materials and customer submissions

Our brand materials, photographs, text and product documents are protected by intellectual-property rights. Supplied product instructions may be used to evaluate, install, maintain and use your purchase. Commercial republication or use of our branding requires permission or another lawful basis.

If you submit a review or photograph, you must have the necessary rights and avoid disclosing another person's private information. Any separate advertising use of customer material must follow the permissions actually obtained.

Links, website availability and consumer protections

Third-party links lead to independently operated services with their own terms. Please report broken or problematic links. Changes to website features do not cancel an existing order or service obligation.

General website information is not individualized engineering, construction or electrical advice. For an order, the product description, agreed specifications and applicable warranty remain relevant. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and updates

Contact us with your order number and a description of any concern so we can first try to resolve it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Revised terms will show their update date; changes do not retroactively reduce agreed terms of an existing order without a lawful basis or agreement.
